Life of Whales is based in the old harbor in Reykjavik. We are operating the whale watching boat Andrea and the restaurant called "The Lobster Ship". When entering the whale watching boat, gests will board through the restaurant and there is our ticket sales and information center. When guests are waiting for the next tour they can wait in our lounge, have a coffee or other refreshment. The restaurant boat can take up to 100 people for dinner and is the only restaurant in Reykjavik that is located with a view over the old harbor. Visit us and try our fresh grilled cod, something that all tourists should try when they are visiting in Iceland.
We are a small family company, friendly and fun to be with. Ask someone who has experienced a day of wonder with "Life of whales".
Our boat is very stable, comfortable and with good viewing deck. All passengers can have a seat inside the boat so they don't have to stand or sit outside on the deck. Inside the boat we have seats for 150 people. All passengers have a good space, a good seat and good view in all direction when we are looking for the whales. When standing outside on the deck, passengers can have borrowed sweaters so they won´t get cold.
